Dr. Jonathan Kramer, W6JLK will present his (in)famious “I’m From the Government (Planning Department), and I’m Here” lecture at the ARRL Southwest Convention. He’ll be presenting twice on Saturday, September 16th, 2017. The first presentation will be at 10:00 a.m., followed by a repeat of the lecture at 2:00 p.m. That way you can pick the time that works best for you!
This lecture is updated to include information regarding collocations-by-right under 47 U.S.C. 1455(a) as that law applies to ham radio operators.
